One of the most unforgettable memories is that after the treatment process, Mr. Michael decided to “refresh” his appearance by experiencing a haircut and hair dye at a barber near his hotel. When he came to the clinic for the last time before returning to his home country, everyone was utterly surprised and gasped in amazement at his complete transformation. He spread out youthfulness, dynamism, and especially a very confident smile that made him a completely new person. However, every journey must come to an end, and so does the process of restoring the confidence of the Swan family. The moment of farewell inevitably arrived as we accompanied the ride to Nội Bài Airport in Hanoi. A slight sadness enveloped me, yet it was accompanied by a sense of relief. I felt that this journey concluded while we still had so many stories to share, but I was immensely satisfied that the outcomes of this journey exceeded all expectations. I was happy that in our final moments, we shared smiles and joy. I hope we will have the opportunity to meet again to share new experiences and intriguing stories.
